WhatsApp as a channel
Morgan is the FidelyA assistant. It uses the WhatsApp Business Platform to send managers transactional and utility notifications about team KPIs and confirmations of performance-based incentive redemptions. They get the operational information where they already read their work messages, without opening another app.
Each manager's consent is collected during the B2B client onboarding and can be revoked at any time. It is never used for mass marketing or promotional communications.
