    FidelyA Tech Group S.L. (“FidelyA”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of users of our website and services. This Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data under the GDPR.

    We may collect: • Contact: name, surname, email, phone, company, role. • Website info: your company URL and related digital-presence data. • Communications: our emails, calls and meetings records. • Technical: IP, browser type, pages visited, time on site. • Cookies: essential (operation/security) and, if you consent, analytics.

    When you use the chat: • We may capture your name, email, company and interest during the conversation, plus the conversation content to follow up and improve support. • We record usage events (e.g., “chat_open”, “email_captured”, “summary_reached”, “calendly_click”, “send_to_n8n”, and chat error events) together with basic technical data (device, browser, referrer, and IP truncated/obfuscated where practicable). • Purposes: respond to your requests, schedule calls, improve product, ensure security. • Lawful bases: your consent (e.g., optional marketing/analytics) and/or legitimate interest (replying to enquiries, security, basic operational metrics). • You can request access or deletion (see “Your rights”).

    5. reCAPTCHA & security

    We may protect forms and/or the chat with Google reCAPTCHA. Its use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms. Processing is based on our legitimate interest (fraud/abuse prevention) and/or your consent where applicable.

    6. Processors & transfers

    We use trusted vendors to run the platform (e.g., Vercel, Supabase, Google/Workspace/Analytics, Calendly, n8n, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — WhatsApp Business Platform). Data may be transferred outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards (SCCs, adequacy, etc.).

    7. Data retention

    • Active customers: for the duration of the relationship. • Enquiries & chat: for the time necessary to support and under periodic review cycles. • Marketing: until consent is withdrawn. • Legal requirements: as applicable.

    This Privacy Policy applies to FidelyA’s public website and to commercial interactions carried out through this website, including forms, chat, analytics and information requests. The processing of personal data within FidelyA’s client portal, including employee-facing programmes, questionnaires, goal tracking, feedback, weekly progress updates, employee perception or sentiment and incentives, is governed by a specific Client Portal privacy policy. When FidelyA provides these services to a client company, that company generally acts as the data controller for its employees’ personal data, and FidelyA acts as data processor, processing the data under the client’s instructions and in accordance with the corresponding data processing agreement. Employees using the Client Portal will receive specific information about the processing of their personal data before or during access to the portal.
